CHAD E. HENDERSON represents clients in the areas of estate planning and probate, elder law, and real estate. Mr. Henderson earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Minnesota at Duluth. He earned his Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in 1981 and was admitted to practice law by the Minnesota State Bar the same year. He has been practicing law in the seven-county metro area since 1982. Mr. Henderson frequently lectures on behalf of senior groups, for adult education classes, and for the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) of the Bar in the areas of estate planning, probate, and planning for incapacity. In addition, he is a former part-time instructor for legal assistant classes at North Hennepin Community College.
