HendersonCHAD E. HENDERSON represents clients in the areas of estate planning and probate, elder law, and real estate. Mr. Henderson earned his undergraduate degree with honors from the University of Minnesota at Duluth. He earned his Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law in 1981 and was admitted to practice law by the Minnesota State Bar the same year. He has been practicing law in Brooklyn Center and the seven-county metro area since 1982. Mr. Henderson frequently lectures on behalf of senior groups, for adult education classes, and for the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) of the Bar in the areas of estate planning, probate, and planning for incapacity. In addition, he is a former part-time instructor for legal assistant classes at North Hennepin Community College.

HowardTHOMAS R. HOWARD represents clients in the areas of corporate and business law, real estate, estate planning and probate, family law and adoptions, juvenile law, criminal law, and general litigation. He is listed in Who's Who for his work in corporate law. Mr. Howard earned his Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Minnesota and his Juris Doctorate from the Hamline University School of Law in 1980. He was admitted to practice law by the Minnesota State Bar in 1980 and has been practicing in Brooklyn Center and the seven-county metro area since that time. He is also admitted to practice in federal court. In addition to representing clients, Mr. Howard regularly lectures on business planning and formation issues. He is fluent in German.

PawluckJULIE M. PAWLUK represents clients in the areas of family law, real estate, estate planning and probate, and criminal defense. Ms. Pawluk earned her Bachelor of Arts from Gustavus Adolphus college in 1976 and her Juris Doctorate from the William Mitchell College of Law in 1981. She was admitted to practice law by the Minnesota State Bar that same year and has been practicing in Brooklyn Center and the seven-county metro area ever since. In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Pawluk is active in various Ukrainian organizations and is on the supervisory committee of the Ukrainian Credit Union. She is also a Member of the International Institute of Minnesota and is a volunteer attorney with Chrysalis Tubman, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women, children, and families struggling with relationship violence, substance abuse, and mental health issues.
